Therefore, to create valuable experiences, it is important to satisfy each element, and music corresponds to this need by helping to create unforgettable moments and suggestions. More than any other place, the hotel environment corresponds to the search for one's individual soul, and it is therefore of paramount importance to be able to customize the enjoyment of sounds related to each environment. The comfort and exclusivity of an elegant and comfortable environment with the right music at the right time and the right listening volume. From the reception desk to the telephone switchboard, rooms and suites, SPA to the swimming pool, bar, lobby, and restaurant.
THE SOLUTION.
BrandMozart created a project to take the background music management experience for all hotel environments to the highest level. The service involves the entire definition process from the design phase of the audio playback systems interfacing with the Client's architects or developers, to the implementation of the control interface with a proprietary platform to the choice of music (whether original compositions or from a library) designed according to the most sophisticated requirements of the hotel management. All this is done to meticulously reflect the genius loci of the location and the nuances of the hotel's personality as well as having the right music depending on the situation or function of the environment. We created a specific sound DNA for the hotel that is declined with different sonorities and rhythms for the various outdoor and indoor environments while remaining consistent by generating memorability and a sense of belonging. Through a QR code-based system finally, customers will be able to relive the sound experience at the hotel by reliving the atmosphere once they return home.
